In these Terms and Conditions, the following definitions shall apply:
2.1 By accessing the Platform, registering an Account, or placing any bet or wager, you unconditionally accept these Terms and Conditions in their entirety. If you do not agree to these Terms, you must immediately cease using the Platform.

3.1 Age Requirement. The Platform is strictly available to individuals who are 18 years of age or older. By registering an Account, you represent and warrant that you are at least 18 years old. 877bit reserves the right to request age-verification documentation at any time and to suspend or close Accounts where age eligibility cannot be confirmed.
3.2 Jurisdictional Compliance. By registering an Account, you represent and warrant that online gaming and sports betting is not prohibited in your jurisdiction and that you are solely responsible for ensuring your use of the Platform complies with all applicable laws and regulations in your location, including those of the Islamic Republic of Pakistan. 877bit makes no representation as to the legality of its services in any specific jurisdiction.
3.3 One Account Per Person. Each Player is permitted to hold only one Account. Multiple Accounts held by the same individual — whether detected through shared device, payment method, IP address, name, or other identifying information — constitute a material breach of these Terms and may result in the forfeiture of all balances and the closure of all associated Accounts.
3.4 Accurate Registration Information. You must provide accurate, complete, and up-to-date information at the time of registration and maintain the accuracy of that information throughout your use of the Platform. Providing false or misleading registration information is a breach of these Terms.
3.5 Identity Verification (KYC). 877bit operates a Know Your Customer (KYC) verification process. You may be required to submit documents including a copy of your Pakistani CNIC, proof of address, and proof of payment method before withdrawals are processed or at any other time at 877bit's discretion. Failure to provide requested documentation within a reasonable timeframe may result in Account suspension.
4.1 You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your Account login credentials, including your username and password. You must not disclose your credentials to any third party.
4.2 You accept full responsibility for all activity conducted through your Account, whether authorised by you or not, unless and until you have notified 877bit of actual or suspected unauthorised access and 877bit has taken steps to suspend the Account.
4.3 877bit staff will never ask for your password under any circumstances. Any communication requesting your password should be treated as fraudulent and reported to support immediately.
4.4 You must notify 877bit immediately upon becoming aware of any unauthorised use of your Account or any other security breach via the support channels provided on the Platform.
5.1 Accepted Payment Methods. 877bit accepts deposits via JazzCash, Easypaisa, HBL, UBL, Meezan Bank, Bank Alfalah, and other payment methods as may be made available on the Platform from time to time. All transactions are processed in PKR.
5.2 Minimum and Maximum Transactions. Minimum and maximum deposit and withdrawal amounts apply and are displayed at the time of the transaction. These limits are subject to change without notice.
5.3 Withdrawal Conditions. Withdrawals will only be processed to the same payment method used for the corresponding deposit, as a fraud and money-laundering prevention measure. Withdrawal requests require completed KYC verification. 877bit reserves the right to request additional verification at any stage before processing a withdrawal.
5.4 No Money Laundering. The Platform must not be used to launder money or for any other unlawful financial purpose. 877bit reports suspicious activity to relevant authorities in compliance with applicable anti-money laundering regulations. Any Account suspected of facilitating money laundering will be immediately suspended and the relevant balance frozen pending investigation.
5.5 Dormant Accounts. Accounts that have been inactive for twelve (12) consecutive months may be classified as dormant. 877bit reserves the right to apply a monthly administration fee to dormant Accounts after written notice to the registered email address. Players may reactivate dormant Accounts by contacting support.
6.1 All bonus and promotional offers are subject to specific terms published at the time of the offer, including wagering requirements, time limits, eligible games, and minimum odds where applicable. These specific terms take precedence over any general promotional description.
6.2 Bonus Funds cannot be withdrawn until the applicable wagering requirement has been satisfied. Wagering requirements must be met using real-money wagers unless otherwise specified in the applicable offer terms.
6.3 877bit reserves the right to withdraw, modify, or terminate any promotional offer at any time. Players who have already opted into a promotion will have reasonable notice given before the offer is materially modified to their detriment.
6.4 Bonus Abuse. Coordinated exploitation of promotional offers, including through collusion, multiple accounts, or other methods intended to generate guaranteed profit from promotional funds, constitutes bonus abuse. 877bit may void bonus funds and associated winnings and close Accounts where bonus abuse is identified.
7.1 All bets and wagers placed through the Platform are subject to the specific rules applicable to each sport, market, or game type as published on the Platform.
7.2 877bit reserves the right to void any bet that has been placed or accepted in error, including bets placed at manifestly incorrect odds due to a technical error or human error in odds compilation.
7.3 In the event of a dispute regarding a bet outcome, the decision of 877bit shall be final, subject to the internal dispute resolution process described in Section 13.
7.4 Betting Integrity. You must not place bets on any event in which you have access to material non-public information, or in any market where you are participating as a competitor or official. Such activity may constitute match-fixing or corrupt conduct and will be reported to relevant authorities.
The following activities are strictly prohibited on the Platform and constitute a material breach of these Terms:
877bit reserves the right to void all relevant bets, forfeit all balances, and permanently close the Accounts of Players found to have engaged in any prohibited activity, in addition to pursuing any available legal remedies.

9.4 Minors. 877bit takes its obligations regarding minors seriously. Any Player found to be under 18 years of age will have their Account immediately closed and all deposits returned, less any withdrawals already processed, subject to fraud-prevention checks.
10.1 All content on the Platform, including but not limited to text, graphics, logos, game assets, software, and the 877bit brand identity, is the intellectual property of 877bit or its licensed game suppliers and is protected by applicable intellectual property laws.
10.2 You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable licence to access and use the Platform for personal, non-commercial gaming purposes only. No right, title, or interest in any Platform content is transferred to you by this licence.
10.3 You must not reproduce, redistribute, modify, create derivative works from, publicly display, or otherwise exploit any Platform content without the prior written consent of 877bit.
11.1 The Platform is provided on an "as available" basis. 877bit does not warrant that the Platform will be uninterrupted, error-free, or free from technical faults. Scheduled and emergency maintenance may result in temporary Platform unavailability.
11.2 To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, 877bit shall not be liable for: (a) any loss of profits, revenue, or data; (b) any indirect, consequential, or incidental loss; (c) any loss resulting from a Player's failure to comply with these Terms; or (d) any loss arising from a Player's reliance on information provided on the Platform.
11.3 Nothing in these Terms shall exclude or limit 877bit's liability for fraud, fraudulent misrepresentation, or any other liability that cannot be excluded by applicable law.
12.1 877bit collects, stores, and processes personal data in accordance with its Privacy Policy, which is incorporated into these Terms by reference. By using the Platform, you consent to such processing as described in the Privacy Policy.
12.2 You have the right to request access to, correction of, or erasure of your personal data, subject to applicable legal retention obligations. Requests should be directed to the support team via the contact details set out in Section 15.
13.1 These Terms and any dispute arising from them or from your use of the Platform shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the applicable governing law of the jurisdiction in which 877bit is licensed to operate.
13.2 Dispute Resolution. If you have a complaint or dispute with 877bit, you should first contact the customer support team via live chat or email. 877bit will acknowledge your complaint within 5 business days and aim to resolve it within 28 days. If you remain dissatisfied following the internal resolution process, escalation procedures may be available through the relevant regulatory authority.
13.3 All bet and game outcomes are determined by 877bit's servers and, in the case of live casino games, by certified studio RNG or live dealer action. In the event of a discrepancy between a displayed result and the server record, the server record shall prevail.
14.1 877bit reserves the right to amend, modify, or replace these Terms at any time without prior notice. Amended Terms will be published on this page with an updated "Last Updated" date. It is your responsibility to review these Terms periodically.
